Refund and Returns Policy

At Cleaner Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds and exceptional service. Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory materials, our return policy is structured to ensure safety, product integrity, and compliance with research-use standards.
Chargebacks
Customers are required to contact support@cleanerpeptides.com to resolve any refund or delivery issue prior to initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of funds.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during transit
- The incorrect product was shipped
- The item arrives defective or compromised
To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are research-use materials, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals or altered packaging
- Orders returned due to improper storage or handling after delivery
Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the conditions in which it has been stored or handled.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior approval.
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Replacement or Refund
If a return request is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement product shipped at no cost
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to an error on our part (such as damaged or incorrect items), Cleaner Peptides will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is approved for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Research Use Disclaimer
All products sold by Cleaner Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any other unauthorized applications.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to misuse outside of intended research purposes.
