Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.
PO Box Restriction
Cleaner Peptides does not ship to PO Box addresses. Orders containing a PO Box address in the shipping field will be cancelled and refunded. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
Shipping Methods
Cleaner Peptides ships orders using trusted carriers including:
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS
Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Cleaner Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an address error is discovered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cleaner Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local post office.

Damaged Shipments

- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
